Barnehurst Station

Barnehurst is served quite well with buses and trains. The train station is situated in Barnehurst Road and is now operated by South Eastern Trains.

Buses are mostly run by London Central and offer good connections into Dartford and Bluewater and towards London.

Trains

There are regular train services from Barnehurst station either to London stations or to Dartford, Gravesend and Gillingham. The station is situated in Barnehurst Road and recently opened a new ticket office. The station gets very busy during the rush hour but much quieter at weekends and after 9.30am. Trains to London go to London Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria with many trains stopping at Lewisham (for DLR) and London Bridge. Night Buses

The N89 runs from Trafalagar Square to Barnehurst Station (Northall Road) starting at 23.50 until 04.50 (every 30 minutes). The journey takes around 1 hour and also runs to London starting from Erith.

Docklands Light Railway - DLR

The DLR runs from Lewisham to either Bank in Central London, Stratford in East London or to Beckton in East London. Most DLR trains will go through Docklands stations making it easy access for Canary Wharf and Westferry Circus. More information here
